As a director, Ulises has had the opportunity to work with string ensembles, guitar ensembles, choirs, has led workshops on songwriting, taught interactive master classes on genre histories and cultures, developed student bands, and has taught instrument and music exploration classes. He is adept at seeing what students need and provides the right encouragement and musical guidance to help each student find their way on their instrument.
